Fill out our form to become a vendor for the 2022 Wa Du Shuda Festival Vendor Event, in New Lisbon at the New Lisbon Community Center on Saturday, July 9th, 2022
Spaces are $40 for a 8'x10' space + $10 for electric. The Community Center is located at 110 Welch Prairie Road, New Lisbon, WI 53950. The show is from 9 am - 4 pm. Set up will be from 7 am - 9 am. You must be set up and ready by 9 am. No early teardowns. We provide a table and 2 chairs if you need more... that is ok , as long as it fits in your space. We will limit the show to only one vendor per company, however more vendors per category is allowed. If you submit your application and another vendor from the same company has already submitted one, we will email you to let you know that the space was already filled.
After you fill out the form or register online, an email will be sent with the option to pay online or mail your payment to: New Lisbon Chamber, 119 E. Bridge Street, New Lisbon, WI 53950. Please indicate on your check SPRING CRAFT FAIR. If the name on your check is different from what you put on this form, please indicate that with your check. Your SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED at the Chamber of Commerce office.
