Spaces are $40 for a 8'x10' space The Community Center is located at 110 Welch Prairie Road, New Lisbon, WI 53950. The show is from 10 am - 2 pm. Set up will be from 8 am - 10 am. You must be set up and ready by 10 am. No early teardowns. We provide a table and 2 chairs if you need more... that is ok , as long as it fits in your space. We will limit the show to only one vendor per company, however more vendors per category is allowed. If you submit your application and another vendor from the same company has already submitted one, we will email you to let you know that the space was already filled.
After you fill out the form, mail your payment to: New Lisbon Chamber, 119 E. Bridge Street, New Lisbon, WI 53950. Please indicate on your check SPRING CRAFT FAIR. If the name on your check is different from what you put on this form, please indicate that with your check. Your SPACE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED at the Chamber of Commerce office.
